Mirvac, a leading Australian property group, saw Riverlands as more than just a residential project in Sydney—the intent was to create a sanctuary, a haven to nurture the human spirit amidst the natural beauty of the Georges River. Riverlands aimed to offer residents a harmonious blend of serene surroundings, architecturally designed homes, and a community centered around joy and free-spirited living.

When Mirvac engaged Martin’s Brand House to bring this ambitious vision to life, our mission was clear: to craft a brand identity that uniquely connects with potential buyers, captures the tranquillity of the environment and the promise of a vibrant yet peaceful lifestyle.

We began by developing the conceptual territory "flow meets formality." Inspired by the duality of the location—the fluidity of the river, juxtaposed with the order of urban planned living, this formed the basis for our creative response and spoke to the values of the intended audience: tranquillity, community, and aspiration.

The hero graphic served as the centrepiece of the identity, depicting an evocative and abstract representation of the Georges River. Brought to life through animation, the image captured the dynamic flow of the water and invites viewers to immerse themselves in the serene beauty of Riverlands.

We then intentionally fused considered typography, a cool colour palette and warm photography to develop a visual language that harnessed a delicate balance between the organic sensibilities of nature and the structured elegance of a meticulously planned community. All the while, instilling confidence in Mirvac's commitment to quality, excellence and innovation.

Through thoughtful design and strategic branding, Martins Brand House crafted a unique brand identity that speaks to the connection between nature and human innovation— where the river's gentle flow converges with the sophistication of urban living, ultimately positioning Riverlands as a desirable residential destination that blends natural beauty with modern convenience.
